Today, we have some exciting news to share with you. We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully hosted two events this year in support of the charity.
In March, we launched our first online auction of contemporary art, which culminated in an unforgettable offline gala. Through your participation and support, we were able to raise nearly $70,000, contributing to the success of this event.
In addition, we are incredibly grateful for the support from friends of Podari.Life and the Russian-language school "Svoimi Slovami" in organizing a quest for children and a delightful family picnic in April. Thanks to the participation of over 30 families from the Bay Area, we were able to raise $10,000 towards our cause, furthering our mission to make a difference in the lives of children in need.

The cost of the Defitelio course for Maxim, Prokhor, and other patients was covered, totaling $31,464 and $64,002, respectively.
We provided vital assistance in acquiring medications for Gosha, totaling $7,048.
Additionally, we were able to procure 30 vials of Foscavir for children who have undergone bone marrow transplantation.
As of June 1st, in 2023 Podari.Life has allocated more than $134,000 USD towards various programs, including subscriptions for medical journals for Russian doctors, conference participations, and other medications for children.
For years, Podari.Life has been dedicated to supporting children with cancer and severe blood disorders, ensuring they receive the complex therapies they require in Russian clinics. We strive to provide access to the most modern and effective cancer drugs, which are often unavailable in Russia due to supply shortages or lack of registration for specific forms of pediatric oncology drugs. Your charitable support has been instrumental in granting hundreds of children a fighting chance at recovery.
To address the urgent medical needs of these children, Podari.Life and our sister charity in the UK, Gift of Life, are joining forces to relaunch the "Foreign medications for children" campaign. Our goal is to raise funds for a monetary reserve, enabling us to swiftly and efficiently cover the costs of essential medicines such as Foscavir, Cidofovir, Defitelio, and others.
At present, our two charities require $1,000,000 annually to secure these critical medications currently unavailable in Russia. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a significant difference. With your continued support and generosity, we hope to alleviate the financial burden and provide a brighter future for the children and their families.
